Donation Regulations

Below outlines the regulations regarding donations set by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission. Please read these regulations before submitting a contribution. 

Restrictions

Corporate contributions are not allowed, and donations may only be made with personal funds. Contributions may not be reimbursed by any organization or other person. Labor organizations and foreign nationals are also prohibited from making contributions. Contributions are not to be made in exchange for any political favor or benefit.

Qualifications

Donors must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident and 18 years or older.

Contribution Amounts

The maximum contribution allowed is $3,500 per individual. Every dollar counts, and the Committee to Elect Judge Radford appreciates your support.
